Return and Refund Policy
Website order cancellation
A customer can cancel the order before dispatch by calling customer care. Once the order has been dispatched, the customer cannot cancel it.
Returns
SafeLife Herbals Pvt Ltd are dealing with the ayurvedic medicines, health benefit products and services and we follow no return or no exchange policy. We will only allow it if the product is sent by the company (using our website, direct purchase from the registered stores). We cannot return or replace the products that the customer buys from other mediums (Amazon and many more). Refunds
If the order has been cancelled before dispatch, refund will be reflected in your account within 7-10 days . Once the investigation is completed by us, we will notify you through email or phone call whether the refund request is accepted or rejected. If the request is accepted by us then your refund process starts and it will take some days to reflect the refund amount in your bank account.
